Meet our Instructors

  • Amy Pritchet

    Amy has been a lover of fitness most of her adult life. It wasn’t until she began suffering anxiety that she understood how much movement and breath became her medicine. Amy loves to teach classes that are challenging not only physically but mentally too. Her ultimate goal is that you would leave her class sweaty, smiling, and all filled up! Amy is also a yoga instructor and teaches vinyasa, restorative and Soul Yoga. You can check her out at www.belovedsoulyoga.com.

  • Amiee Shanks

    Amiee came to Durango from Tucson, Arizona! She is currently a student athlete at Fort Lewis College earning a degree in exercise physiology and coaching. Her love of group fitness stems from her time on softball teams and her passion for exercise is driven by her desire to be the best at everything she does. Amiee spends all of her free time at the softball field, in the weight room, or at the spin studio, but she will always find time to grab a sweet drink from Starbucks or Durango Joes! Get ready to smile, sweat, and show off your best dance moves during 45 minutes of high-energy pure fun

  • George Hallock

    Georgiana Hallock (but we call her George) was raised in a small town in Oklahoma, and relocated to Durango almost 4 years ago to be closer to family. Growing up in the dance world gave her a passion for finding a fun and expressive way to work out, and Psycle Durango has given her that opportunity again! She always encourages dancing, having fun, and a positive attitude in her classes!

  • Jeanine Justice

    Jeanine been teaching group cycling since 1997 and she still believe it’s the best cardio workout you can get! She is certified by several organizations, including Les Mills Spin, Reebok and Madd Dog Cycling. Jeanine has taught at the Durango Rec Center for 10 years and other various fitness centers in CO. She loves to put together great music playlists that motivate and push her classes to work hard, have fun and get a great workout! Jeanine believes anyone can take a spin class and workout at their own fitness level. She hopes to see you in class at Psycle Durango!

  • Christine Trout

    Christine enjoys outdoor activities and is especially a fan of cycling. She has enjoyed the fun group experience of indoor cycling for years and has an extensive weight and strength training background. Christine blends the fun of indoor cycling with cardio building to optimize each athlete's fitness potential indoors and out. Christine is a licensed counselor and art educator.

  • Ashlee Garcia

    Ashlee is one of the proud owners of Psycle Durango . She is originally from Albuquerque but came to Durango in 2012 to attend Fort Lewis College where she received her degree in Sociology. She loves outdoor recreation. She recently just received her Stages Beats Certification and started her Cycling journey in March of 2022. She believes that anyone can attend a spin class no matter their fitness level. Psycle Durango is a place where everyone belongs. A place where you are true, real, and honest to yourself. Her playlists are fun and always has a great mix of music. She loves to do squats and push-ups on the bike! Come check out one of her classes.

  • Mallory Kneller

    Mallory grew up in Durango She recently moved back from Denver CO. She’s been teaching spin for the last 15 years. Her classes include beat based interval training and cardio dance based fun. She has a passion for teaching, music and helping others walk out of the studio feeling recharged and challenged. Outside of the studio Mal loves running, biking, skiing, and hangin’ with her puppy Bruce.

  • Mary Miller

    Mary has been teaching spin since 2019. When not teaching, you will find her running ultras, teaching middle school, and exploring mountains. Her classes are beat driven and made to make you feel like a boss when you leave the room. She is new to Durango and wants to know the best pizza places.
