FAQs

  • -All riders must sign a waiver prior to their first ride.

    -We reserve the right to release any bikes that are not checked in for 5-minutes before a class begins. In order to hold the bike, we ask that riders call the studio to let us know they are on their way. We will hold a bike for up to 10 minutes after class begins. Riders who are more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted as the front doors will be locked.

    -In order to cancel a class reservation and return it to your account, you must unreserve 2 hours prior to the class. If a rider does not cancel their bike they will be charged for it. Riders can cancel by logging into their profile online or calling us directly.

    -We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studios.

    -If a rider is planning on leaving class early, we ask that they please tell the Instructor ahead of time.

  • One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider's abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

  • As a beginner, the bike and bike seat require a little getting used to. During this phase, it sometimes helps to wear padded bike shorts or use a cushioned gel seat. In a short period of time you won't necessarily need either.

  • It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists can burn from 500-700 calories in a vigorous 45-minute workout.

  • Please bring your own closed toe/ hard sole shoes. We do not offer shoes in studio. You will not be able to ride if you do not have the appropriate shoes. If you have questions please reach out to us directly.

    Cycling shoes DO MAKE a difference and offer a more secure position in the pedals enabling the cyclist to work much more efficiently. Pedal strokes become more powerful and allow you to target the correct muscle groups. We use SPD clips.

  • We sell water in the studio for $1. We also have filtered water at the studio if you need to fill up.

  • We have had many pregnant women who are able to ride right up until their due date, but we recommend you check with your doctor prior to riding with us.

  • If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. Once the studio door closes and class starts, we will not be able to let any additional riders in.

  • Cancellation 2 hours before your scheduled ride is required to get a refund or a credit. We give you three email reminders (24 hours before, 1 hour before and 15 min before the class starts).
